    My technician Kyle went out of his way to ensure that my furnace would be repaired today. It's Christmas Eve and he had to go pick up the part himself because so many places were closed, but that didn't keep him from being efficient and getting the job done well! He also spent time explaining the repair to me and recommending an improvement in my piping. Kyle was both quick and friendly, and clearly knew what he was doing! He should be in management someday!

    We love Blau - we call them pretty much once a year for one problem or another! They are fast and always fix the problem. Hayden was awesome. He was knowledgeable, explained everything in a way that I could understand, was friendly and personable, and fixed the problem. He also looked at another issue for me and recommended a treatment that I could try on my own. He noted the issue in my file so that if/when I call them again, they’ll have a heads up already and can come prepared. Thank you!!!

    Kyle did a wonderful job in checking out my water heater. He also has a wonderful personality and is very well versed in his occupation. He did not try to force me into replacing my water heater. He basically repaired it and advised that I could replace it at a later date. I found him to be a very honest and reliable person. I would definitely welcome him in my home again.

    Excellent service from scheduling to completion. Theo (technician) arrived by 9:30 a.m, secured s custom Kohler unit with a shorter rough-in distance than normal after checking with several suppliers, removed an existing unit and installed a new one that required a different flange. Theo completed the installation and left before 1:30 p.m. Knowledgeable and very professional indeed.
